Do you want to be safe or do you want to soar?
This is one of my favorite videos of all time. I watch it regularly and send it to all of my clients: You've Got To Jump (By Steve Harvey)
"My friends - In order to soar, you've got to jump."
If you're standing on the edge of your life, or your business or your relationships waiting for everything to be right, to be just so...stop waiting.
Don't watch others soar around you, soar with them.
Fear is the experiencing of stepping out past your comfort zone, out in to uncertainty. Fear is not something you go through - it's something you move WITH.
And as you move with that fear, you become more and more confident, more and more powerful and less and less afraid.
One of my favorite things about being a Rapid Transformational Coach is helping my clients push past their fears, doubts and uncertainty to make radical and lasting shifts in their lives.
Change does not happen by staying in your comfort zone. If you desire something new, something different, you've got to jump.
And like Steve says in this video, sometimes the leap isn't pretty. I've leapt plenty of times in my life and business and had some pretty nasty scrapes and bruises along the way. And I'm still here and standing from a placing of KNOWING not wondering. I'd rather KNOW what it's like to leap and fall, then not to leap at all.
I choose to take the leaps because I feel compelled by a desire to serve that is so strong that standing on the edge is not an option.
How about you?
What are you waiting to take the leap in?
How bad do you want it?
You can do it.
Trust that the parachute will open. You've got to jump.
